In particular, it is declared that in connection with the European Charter (revised) the "the issues rise: on the importance of the effective preparation of reports on the Charter principles implementation by Ukraine; further improvement of the system of law regarding the Charter articles and principles in order to ratify it in its entirety".
The Participants of the Hearings stressed on the importance of the Labour Code, Laws on social dialogue, compulsory state medical insurance etc.
It is also recommended to the Cabinet of Ministry that the system of laws should be improved in order to correspond to the European Social Charter (revised).
The corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №2679.
